Espumante Bruto Alvarinho is an example of an innovation that has become a tradition in our winery. In 1995, we were the first winery to make a sparkling wine with Alvarinho following the traditional method. Espumante Bruto is fresh, highlighting the varietal’s elegance and complexity.
Oppaco is Soalheiro’s first-ever red wine, combining Alvarinho with Vinhão (a local red grape varietal) and Pinot Noir. The result is a delicate and elegant red wine with the perfect balance between tannins, acidity, and alcohol.
Our Aguardente Bagaceira was created in the early days of our winery by Joao António Cerderia. This is a spirit distilled from a quality Bagaceira and aged for more than 20 years.
