After we will be heading to Quinta de Folga where you will learn about our vineyards, herbal tea farms, and the long-standing tradition of producing smoked meats (Fumeiro) in Melga\u00e7o. This experience will finish in Quinta de Folga\u2019s cosy dining room with a tasting of local delicacies.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">At Quinta de Folga the focus is on B\u00edsaro pig, a local breed, which we raise with ecological breeding. During this gastronomic experience we offer you the following selection of traditional smoked meats prepared from this breed: Salpic\u00e3o (dry-cured smoked pork sausage), Chouri\u00e7a de Sangue (smoked blood sausage), Chouri\u00e7a de Carne (smoked pork sausage), and Alheira (smoked sausage made with pork and bread). La bodega est\u00e1 en un lugar privilegiado con unas vistas magn\u00edficas  que se disfrutan desde la zona de cata que es muy bonita y luminosa. La visita muy interesante y amena y Marta, gran conocedora de vinos y muy agradable. Ya conoc\u00edamos el alvarinho cl\u00e1sico y hemos tenido ocasi\u00f3n de probar en la cata varios m\u00e1s que nos han gustado mucho tambi\u00e9n.
