1. ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
1.1. BOOKINGS MADE ON SOALHEIRO’S WEBSITE (WWWW.SOALHEIRO.COM) AND AIRBNB
1.1.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE IN HIGH SEASON (FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER)
a) To guarantee the accommodation booking, payment must be carried out within the following 24 hours;
b) If cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the booking amount will be carried out;
c) If cancellation occurs between 30 and 7 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the booking amount will be carried out;
d) If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
e) If the booking occurs only 14 days before the check-in date, cancellation can be made up to the following 48 hours, with a full refund of the booking amount.
f) In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
1.1.2. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE IN LOW SEASON (FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL)
a) If cancellation occurs up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the booking amount will be carried out;
b) If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
c) In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
1.2. BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH BOOKING
1.2.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE IN HIGH SEASON: FLEXIBLE – 30 DAYS
a) If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the booking amount will be carried out;
b) If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
c) In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
1.2.2. FLEXIBLE LOW SEASON – 5 DAYS
a) If cancellation occurs up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the booking amount will be carried out;
b) If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the booking amount will be carried out;
c) In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
2. VISIT AND TASTING BOOKINGS
a) To guarantee the accommodation booking, payment must be carried out within the following 24 hours;
b) If cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before the booking time, a full refund of the booking amount will be carried out;
c) If cancellation occurs between 48 and 24 hours before the booking time, a partial refund of 50% of the booking amount will be carried out;
d) If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the booking time, there will be no refund;
e) In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
