SOALHEIRO determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data as responsible for processing Personal Data, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and other applicable legislation and matters of data protection and privacy.
The data collected by SOALHEIRO in the ENOTOUR.PT application is only intended to guarantee the execution of the application’s functions, namely access to the location and, strictly during the use of the application, there is no collection or storage of personal data.
We guarantee that, in the latter case, the security of Personal Data is ensured by contractual obligations, in order to preserve data confidentiality and compliance with the law in force.
