Cancellation and Payment Policy
1. ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
1.1. BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH THE SOALHEIRO WEBSITE (WWW.SOALHEIRO.COM) AND AIRBNB
1.1.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING HIGH SEASON (MAY TO SEPTEMBER)

To secure the accommodation booking, payment must be made within the following 24 hours;

If cancellation is made up to 30 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the booking value will be issued;
-
If cancellation is made between 30 and 7 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the booking value will be issued;
-
If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued;
-
If the booking is made only 14 days before the check-in date, cancellation may be made within the following 48 hours, and a full refund of the booking value will be issued;
-
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
1.1.2. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING LOW SEASON (OCTOBER TO APRIL)

If cancellation is made up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the booking value will be issued;
-
If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued;
-
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
1.2. BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH BOOKING
1.2.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING HIGH SEASON: FLEXIBLE – 30 DAYS

If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the booking value will be issued;
-
If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued;
-
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
1.2.2. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING LOW SEASON: FLEXIBLE – 5 DAYS

If cancellation is made up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the booking value will be issued;
-
If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the booking value will be issued;
-
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Note: For bookings made through Booking, cancellation and payment conditions are subject to the rules established by the platform, which may differ from the conditions stated above.
2. INDIVIDUAL VISIT AND TASTING BOOKINGS (UP TO 10 PEOPLE)

To secure the visit and tasting booking, payment must be made within the following 24 hours;

If cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund of the booking value will be issued, or rescheduling is possible, subject to availability;
-
If cancellation is made between 72 and 48 hours before the scheduled time, a partial refund of 50% of the booking value will be issued, or rescheduling is possible, subject to availability;
-
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued; rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability, with the exception of gastronomic experiences;
-
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
3. GROUP VISIT AND TASTING BOOKINGS (11 OR MORE PEOPLE)
3.1. PAYMENT

To secure the booking, payment of 50% of the total value must be made at the time of confirmation;
-
The remaining 50% must be settled up to 30 days before the visit date;
-
For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment must be made at the time of confirmation.
3.2. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
-
If cancellation is made up to 30 days before the visit date, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued, or rescheduling is possible, subject to availability;
-
If cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before the visit date, a refund of 25% of the amount paid will be issued, or rescheduling is possible, subject to availability;
-
If cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days before the visit date, a refund of 15% per person will be issued, or rescheduling is possible, subject to availability;
-
If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the visit date, no refund will be issued; rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability, with the exception of gastronomic experiences;
-
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
