Cancellation and Payment Policy
- ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS
1.1. Reservations made through the Soalheiro website (www.soalheiro.com) and Airbnb
1.1.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING PEAK SEASON (MAY TO SEPTEMBER)
- To guarantee your accommodation reservation, payment must be made within the next 24 hours.
- If the cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and 7 days prior to the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be issued;
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
- If the reservation is made only 14 days in advance of the check-in date, cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the next date, with a full refund of the reservation amount;
- In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
1.1.2. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING LOW SEASON (OCTOBER TO APRIL)
- If the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued;
- If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
- In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
1.2. RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH BOOKING
1.2.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING PEAK SEASON: FLEXIBLE – 30 DAYS
- If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be issued;
- If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
- In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
1.2.2. Flexible Low Season – 5 Days
- If the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued;
- If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be issued;
- In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
- BOOKING FOR VISITS AND TASTINGS
- To guarantee your reservation for visits and tastings, payment must be made within the next 24 hours.
- If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the reservation time, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued.
- If the cancellation is made between 48 and 24 hours before the reservation time, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be made;
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the reservation time, there will be no refund.
- In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
This Cancellation and Payment Policy became effective on January 1, 2023.
