Cancellation and Payment Policy

  1. ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS

    1.1. Reservations made through the Soalheiro website (www.soalheiro.com) and Airbnb

    1.1.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING PEAK SEASON (MAY TO SEPTEMBER)

    1. To guarantee your accommodation reservation, payment must be made within the next 24 hours.
    2. If the cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued.
    3. If the cancellation is made between 30 and 7 days prior to the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be issued;
    4. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
    5. If the reservation is made only 14 days in advance of the check-in date, cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the next date, with a full refund of the reservation amount;
    6. In case of no-show, there will be no refund.

    1.1.2. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING LOW SEASON (OCTOBER TO APRIL)

    1. If the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued;
    2. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
    3. In case of no-show, there will be no refund.

    1.2. RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH BOOKING

    1.2.1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE DURING PEAK SEASON: FLEXIBLE – 30 DAYS

    1. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be issued;
    2. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund;
    3. In case of no-show, there will be no refund.

    1.2.2. Flexible Low Season – 5 Days

    1. If the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued;
    2. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be issued;
    3. In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
  2. BOOKING FOR VISITS AND TASTINGS
    1. To guarantee your reservation for visits and tastings, payment must be made within the next 24 hours.
    2. If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the reservation time, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued.
    3. If the cancellation is made between 48 and 24 hours before the reservation time, a partial refund of 50% of the reservation value will be made;
    4. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the reservation time, there will be no refund.
    5. In case of no-show, there will be no refund.

    This Cancellation and Payment Policy became effective on January 1, 2023.
