In an effort to preserve and promote the local culture of herbal teas, we have developed a section of Soalheiro dedicated to their production. Taking full responsibility for the entire process—from cultivation to drying and packaging—we have partnered with local experts to ensure best practices. Our herbal teas are made from plants that grow on our land, as well as others that are perfectly suited to it. We spare no effort to ensure that our herbal teas bring out all the qualities of each plant.

This project has an impact on many aspects of our region. The cultivation of these plants is certified organic and promotes biodiversity, with some plants growing wild among the vineyards. This project allows us to spread our wings, avoiding monoculture and promoting agricultural diversity. Before Alvarinho became the most popular crop, the inhabitants of our region grew plants in their backyards for infusions or culinary purposes. Through our project, this tradition is being revitalized, even allowing those who now live far away to have access to herbal teas from their region. We also purchase plants from local producers who are members of our Viticulturists' Club, valuing their hard work and thereby benefiting the local economy.
