Perfect by the glass or as an aperitif. Pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, white meat, cured cheese, smoked meats, and Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.

ALLO is citrus yellow with a silvery sheen. In this blend, Alvarinho, with its touch of tropical fruit and full structure, contrasts with Loureiro’s floral notes and elegance, resulting in a lively and distinctive white wine. Its moderately low alcohol gives this already vibrant wine a unique and singular balance.

The Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes in this wine come from terroirs ideally suited to each variety. The Loureiro vineyards lie in an area with Atlantic influence, where the difference between day and night temperatures is relatively small, preserving the grape’s typical aromas. The Alvarinho grapes come from an inland area sheltered by the mountains of Monção e Melgaço, which favours the aromatic precursors of tropical fruit so characteristic of this variety.

The grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing and before fermentation, the must is clarified at a low temperature. The Loureiro and Alvarinho ferment separately in stainless steel, maturing on the lees before blending and bottling.
