Pairs with fish, seafood, white meat, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as vegetables and vegetarian dishes.

A pale lemon wine. On the nose, it reveals green apple and asparagus from the Atlantic-influenced Sauvignon Blanc, alongside the more tropical aromas of Alvarinho. On the palate, it shows fresh, pleasant vegetal notes with a long mineral finish.

The terroirs of our region offer enormous diversity and potential that has yet to be fully explored. This Soalheiro shows the beauty of Alvarinho from Monção e Melgaço, where it benefits from warm days and cool nights. It is also a fine expression of Atlantic-influenced Sauvignon Blanc, from vineyards in the Atlantic part of the Minho region, where the variety benefits from a cool climate and granite soils that prevent over-ripening.

The grapes are hand-picked and pressed, followed by gentle settling. Sauvignon Blanc and Alvarinho ferment at low temperature in separate stainless steel tanks before blending. This approach produces a wine that is both aromatic, with the vegetal notes of Sauvignon Blanc, and mineral on the finish, thanks to the structure of Alvarinho.
