Germinar Project
The Germinar Project is an initiative of Soalheiro that combines education, social inclusion, and contact with nature , using the grapevine as a space for learning and professional integration.
The project was created to provide opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their inclusion in the job market by participating in the activities of the Germinar Farm.
Germinar Wines
Germinar wines are born from the direct work of the people on the farm and reflect the combination of winemaking quality and social inclusion . Each bottle represents the collective effort and terroir of Monção and Melgaço, showing that it is possible to unite excellence, sustainability and social impact .
Impact
The Germinar Project promotes inclusion, education, and appreciation of the territory , creating an environment where people and families can grow together, learn from nature, and participate in wine production, contributing to their autonomy and social integration.
