Versatile and gastronomic. Ideal with seafood, smoked fish, tartare, roasted poultry, mushrooms or truffles. Also excellent with Japanese cuisine, risottos, soft cheeses and celebratory occasions.

Intense golden color with pinkish reflections. Fine bubbles and creamy mousse.
Aroma with white fruit, cherry and plum, enveloped by notes of brioche, hazelnut and light toast.
On the palate it is vibrant and balanced, with firm acidity and an elegant mineral finish.

Pinot Noir grown in cool, well-drained areas with Atlantic influence and moderate altitudes. Slow ripening preserves high acidity and balanced concentration, ideal conditions for a sparkling wine with long aging potential.

Hand-harvested in 2020. Whole and delicate pressing, without contact with the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle.
Aged for 42 months on lees in the cellars. Disgorged in May 2025 with minimal dosage, resulting in a dry, fresh and precise brut.
