This tasting is a journey through the various dimensions of Soalheiro, the continuous quest to value and reflect, as accurately as possible, the diversity of this unique territory, harmonised with regional delicacies such as smoked meats and cheese.

From the vineyard and the garage that became the first winery, Soalheiro continued without leaving the place and maintained the willingness to take risks with its feet firmly planted on this land. The will is repeated and the family is now called a team, the knowledge is multiplied and continues to be made anew several times over: the first Alvarinho sparkling wine; the organic certification of the vineyards; an Alvarinho that started from the first vineyards, beginning the path of valuing old vines in the region; natural wines that are born from organic Alvarinho grapes; an altitude Alvarinho with a differentiated and mineral profile; an ungrafted Alvarinho vineyard and another at 1100 metres above sea level; the Innovation Cellar.
