It was in 1995 that we created the first Alvarinho Espumante, an innovation that became a tradition in Monção Melgaço and neighbouring Galicia. We recently opened the Cave do Espumante where we deepen our knowledge about Alvarinho sparkling wine – in this experience we will share our knowledge and passion, getting to know and taste our extended family of sparkling wines, from the most versatile to the most complex, as well as sharing the latest news from the Innovation Cellar.
